What is eye pain?

When there is a feeling of itching in eyes due to prolonged use of screen. It has increased by 70 percent from a recent study. Make sure you consult Optometrist if the eye pain is intense lasts longer, then it is possible that there are other problems. 


  • Redness in eyes.
  • Your eye is swollen.
  • Your eye is burning.
  • Watery eyes.

  1. Rub your hands together vigorously for 30 seconds to create heat and energy between the palms. 
  2. Gently place your palms over your eyes and close your eyes. Take a few deep inhalations and exhalations as you relax. 
  3. Feel the warmth from palms being transferred to your eyes.
  4. Allow your hands to rest there until the warmth slowly disappears.

As the name suggests:-

  • Move your eyes from left to right.
  • Move them vertically then in circular motion.
  • Repeat each 5 times.


  • Sit in comfortable position, it would great if you find a quieter place.
  • Perform deep and gentle breathing, imagine all your eye strain going out of your body as you exhale.
  • Repeat each 5 times.
